I’m going to share with you the only thing you’ve been doing reactively your whole life, and often without even knowing you’re doing it; meanwhile, it’s literally dictating your mental and physical state, your mood, behaviors, and results. I’m talking about how you manage your energy.
For decades people have been challenging themselves to improve their diets and fitness, but rarely if ever have you been challenged to manage your energy–proactively.
It’s been said that “blue light” at night is the energy equivalent of junk food.
And how many “junk foods” are there?
Nutritionally speaking, a lot! Speaking in terms of your energy, there are even more (junk light is just one), and most of us are falling prey to what is crushing our energy levels day in and day out, meanwhile, we’re faced with relentless demand on our time and energy, from our families, careers, business, and extracurricular pursuits.
